A: Yes, Vita Locators has a corporate relocation program and does offer day tours for renters new to Denver or moving to a new area (by appointment, as available). Speak to your agent to learn more.
Q: How do I search for apartments after hours?
A: Vita Locators is open 7 days a week and has an after hours support team as well as a web based database and Direct Connect program on RentApartments.Info.
Q: Does every personal qualify for your rentals?
A: Each property management group or community sets their own qualifying criteria which can be found on our database. This can include certain income requirements or restrictions on pets, occupants, etc. While we don’t set these criteria and cannot negotiate them, we can help stear clients toward properties that may fit for them.
Note: None of our current properties are accpeting felonies or bankruptcys.
