Q: Are personal tours available?

A: Yes, Vita Locators has a corporate relocation program and does offer day tours for renters new to Denver or moving to a new area (by appointment, as available). We are happy to arrange tours, guest cards and video tours on your behalf as well. Speak to your agent to learn more.

Q: How do I search for apartments after hours?

A: Vita Locators is open 7 days a week and has an after hours support team as well as our online database of properties throughout Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs and more.

Q: Does every personal qualify for your rentals?

A: Each property management group or community sets their own qualifying criteria which can be found on our database. This can include certain income requirements or restrictions on pets, occupants, etc. While we don’t set these criteria and cannot negotiate them, we can help stear clients toward properties that may fit for them.

Note: None of our current properties are accpeting felonies or bankruptcys.

Q: Do most properties allow pets?

For the most part, pets are accepted AND beloved throughout Colorado. In fact, many properties offer specific pet-friendly amenities or events. There are, however, often breed, weight or quantity restrictions depending on the community along with fees.

Q: Are there furnished units available?

Most communities do not offer furnished housing, although we can offer recommendations on companies that can furnish an apartment for you.
